With the advancement of global zero-carbon initiatives, greening and electrification have clearly become the definitive direction for industry development. At this exhibition, Kawasaki focused on showcasing a range of core hydrogen energy products, including storage tank valves, hydrogen engines, and pressure-reducing valves for fuel cells. At the same time, Kawasaki unveiled an electrification breakthrough — the high-speed pump motor unit K-Axle™. By applying Kawasaki’s proprietary high-speed rotation technology to a variable displacement hydraulic pump, the unit achieves rotational speeds of up to 5000 rpm, and is paired with a matching control system and dedicated electric motor. The 22kW–150kW series of electric motors has already been widely adopted across various fields, including excavators, aerial work platforms, trucks, loaders, forklifts, and sanitation vehicles, etc.

Aimed at the European market, Kawasaki also showcased the K3VL/K3VLS series of load-sensing pumps, which are suitable for construction machinery and industrial applications, as well as its world-renowned hydraulic five-star motors used in ships and industrial injection molding machines. These motors feature a unique combination of low-speed, high-torque, and adjustable-speed performance. To further expand into the European construction machinery market, Kawasaki also exhibited key products for fully electronically controlled excavator systems, including the KMX multi-way control valve, the new ERU control handle, and the KC-MC controller. By integrating these components into a full electronic system alongside advanced control concepts, the performance of excavators can be significantly enhanced.
